Cardiovascular is the body’s ability to deliver oxygen to muscles while they are working , which are any exercises that raise your heart rate. We all know that to keep our muscles in shape we need to provide physical activity if you put your mind to it. The variety of activites make them stronger and stronger and healthier for our bodies. The heart provides the force necessary to circulate the blood in the body. Cardiovascular fitness is important because it encourages good health and keeps weight under control.
The activities for cardiovascular is running, dancing, & swimming etc. The activities need to be for 15 minutes everyday. Its important to work out so your heart can remain stable. The way we can help is by being in a sport that can keep us active. We can live our lifes healthier by participating in substantial activities like soccer/basketball etc , drink more water, work out different parts of the body, eat small meals & cut out sugary foods etc.. In physical education the activities we do are jumping jacks, run,swim, push ups and sit ups. During my summer vacation I'm going to the gym in the morning and play soccer. |
